<BR>Bryan, if you move to Austria you can also operate on LF. There are a few OE
<BR>hams active on 136kHz (actually too few.. but at least one whom I have worked
<BR>months ago).
<BR>I don't know if LF operation in Austria requires a special license but I
<BR>guess that all OE hams with shortwave licenses may operate on 136 kHz (same
<BR>as in DL). And, as OE is CEPT member, you shouldn't have a problem to get a
<BR>license to operate there.
